Very horrible IVR to check claims status. It asks for the rendering provider's NPI so you have to start a new search for each doctor, also most times you have to make upwards of 4 attempts to get the claim status in the IVR. After entering everything correctly it will tell you that it is transferring you to a rep and they do not assist with general claim status inquiries.

I’ve personally never had a problem with mvp health. Everyone I’ve spoken to is very respectful, helpful, and non judge mental.

I would give zero stars if possible. Can not find providers who accept this insurance. (I have heard from providers that they are very difficult to work with and get paid.) We have been trying for over 8 months to find mental health providers and can not even find ONE to take us or even put us on a waiting list. I have contacts many many on my own plus they have even provided me with numerous contacts that are incorrect, not in business any more, only works with adults, provider no longer at location, and many other reasons. Their directory is not updated at all. As I mentioned, can not even find ONE in over 8 months. If you have any other option, do not go with them.
