I don't normally post reviews, but this is one of those times when the behavior and customer service was so terrible I feel compelled! Magnolia at the Littleton Best Buy (in particular John Canoy and Josh Barbour) are complete bozos - I put up with a flaky Control4 remote for 10 months and endless BS that Control4 didn't have a working DirecTv driver. I had to complain to Control4 directly & after more wasted time and endless emails, finally Murray came from the Park Meadows store, installed a good driver that he said had been available for some years, and problem was fixed in less than an hour. Stay away!!
