Constantly canceling appointment, scheduling appointments when they are not even open and in the office. This has happened 3 times. I was trying to hang on because I really like the Dr. who happens to be on maternity leave at the moment.

I never thought I would be the type of person who likes going to the dentist, but Dr. Prakash and the rest of the office are great combination of professional and friendly. I had a difficult tooth that Dr. Prakash managed to save. I am not sure all dentists would be able to do that. I almost want to chew on hard caramel to have an excuse to say hi to everyone in the office.
