*Edit* I don't know how, but this practice inherited the negative reviews of another dental office, Rego Park Dental with Dr. Yuriy. I know when I made my review of the other business over two years ago, their address and everything came up. That other business is a scam, and how they were able to push off their reviews onto another business is even more proof of their fraudulent practices. Below is my 1 star review of Rego Park Dental with Dr. Yuriy; my 5 stars are for Dr. Kim who is unfortunately being impacted by a different business: This place is so unorganized. Every single time I come here, despite making an appointment, I have to wait at least an hour. Why make appointments if you're not going to honor it? Today, I'd had an appointment scheduled for one procedure with a specifically requested dentist. Not only did they schedule me for a different procedure, they did not give me the appointment with the dentist I requested and I had to wait over 30 minutes for a different one. Plus, they didn't even follow their own COVID policy; I had to tell an assistant to change her gloves before she worked on me, and staff were walking around with either no masks or with masks under their chins. This was the last straw.

Went here for a while for cleanings and they were great! The receptionist is super nice and the dental assistants are great. But the dentist is a crook. He is always offering some sort of service for you to pay out of pocket. Went to fix a chipped tooth with him TWICE, he spent a max of 5 minutes each time for the whole bonding and application process. BOTH TIMES the filling fell out 48 hours after he did it. Went to another dentist to fix it, they spent a solid 30-45 minutes making sure the shape and everything was correct. And they used the UV bonding light 7 times for longer than 5 seconds unlike this dentist. Guess what he (dentist in this review) said after the fillings fell out, he tried to upsell me on crowns and shave my whole tooth down. ANY GOOD DENTIST will not shave your real teeth unless it is absolutely necessary. He is a clown. TL;DR: Only go for cleanings, dont go to this dentist for anything else. Honestly just get someone new if you can!

Dr . Kim was kind and helpful. My family and my friends just love the service. The doctor is caring. I highly recommend this place and doctor to every my friend since it is hard to find a good dentist this time.
