This ups store only has the two smallest of the tyvek bags so that way if your item is too big for it you have to pay $10-$15 for a box. This is a way to scam customers and profit off of them as much as possible

This receipt means nothing at all to the employees at this location. They lost my package and then told me that it was not there fault. Yet I left it with them and they printed out a receipt. At my request that is. So now they are telling me to go to the warehouse and look around for the package. Go just wonder in look around. Idk about how everyone else feels 😕 but I don't feel to secure leaving my items with such lazy noncaring people.

I was charged $3 to return a package because I didn't have a printer at home. So ups made a killing on shipping. First they got a shipping fee to send the package then they're getting a shipping fee to ship the return AND they charged me $3 for a label. FU guys! I will use alternative methods of shipping from now on. You can go out business.
