Well, after many headaches, self induced, I ended up at the McGee location..... And the lights of the heavens shown down upon me as I was finally able to ship this nightmare of a package! I was shipping a couple of Saladmaster items to a buyer in TN. If you know the brand, you know their value! The headache was due to the dollar amount I'd chosen on insurance. It was high therefore I had to take special steps, and I didn't read all the way through those steps (are you getting the "self induced" part now, haha?), so I inadvertently created a major stresser for myself. Anywho, after finding out that this package would have to be opened and checked, it wasn't illegal so I freaked out because I'd so meticulously packaged it with $600k worth of bubble wrap, tape, packing peanuts etc, that I just about had a meltdown. At this point, I was about a week into trying to get it to it's new owner and I was questioning my own sanity! For privacy purposes, we'll refer to the UPS angel as "Sheila". Sheila walked around the counter with her magical handheld device as I cringed thinking of the amount of time it'd actually take to undo my glorious packing job because now, everyone in Anderson, South Carolina decided they needed UPS help too, and the tiny 1.5 person (max capacity) "office area" was filling up! "Sheila" beebopped on over and saw labels all over my package and saw that it was prepaid, and the lights started flickering! From out of nowhere, the Alabama million dollar band's drumline started up, confetti cannons started blasting and helium filled rubber (balloons) filled this tiny office. I was the 1 millionth customer!!!! No, none of that actually happened, but I felt it should as "Sheila" did not have to open the package, and she signed the insurance form and F I N A L L Y, shipping could take place!!! I could've smoked a martini and drank a cigar as I relished in my win over the 16 lb box of shiny stainless and titanium cookware! Thank you, "Sheila". That day you stopped my inevitable plunge into the depths of a liquor bottle, I spelled barrel wrong intentionally, and I'd like to think that your service will be rewarded with enough good karma to last the rest of your life! It was a definite learning experience, but it wasn't quite this bad, and I wasn't really going to become an alcoholic over not reading directions.....y'all need to quit being so judgemental!!! I hope someone that needs a laugh reads this all the way through, and it makes their day. I'll show myself out.

Parking is attrous. Appears employees are parking in front of the door. One customer there and they had parked illegally in the handicap parking to get close to door. I had to park next to the road and make my own parking space. Being handicapped it made my stop more difficult. Employee at the counter was nice but I had to wait on her to finish processing several packages that had just been dropped off.

The lady behind the counter went out of her way to meet our shipping need today. She stayed calm and spoke kindly to each and every customer that came in. Thumbs up for exceptional customer service.
