I work for Wayne at Richardson Motors and my family and I have bought 8 vehicles from him. 5 were bought before I went to work for him. None of the vehicles have given us a problem but if they had, Wayne would have gone out of his way to fix it just as he does for all his customers. Yes, he does ask for a third of the sale price because he tries to finance a vehicle so it is paid off in 2 to 2 1/2 years. In the end the customer pays less interest than if the contract was stretched out for 4 or 5 years. He is a fair man who goes out of his way to keep his customers happy and the proof of that is customers who have bought cars from him repeatedly.

My family has bought two Camry's from Richardson Motors. Both have been more than worth it, and have had no problems in the years since they were purchased. I was just there recently (Feb, 2022) looking for one for myself, in fact. Wayne is totally honest and was great to work with, and he makes sure all the cars are in very good shape before selling.
