Customer service sucks in there advertising say they will pick you up from home They don't no more! But they still advertise that do they will put you in a car don't tell you how anything works in the vehicle you have to figure it out for yourself.

Yes you can they have an overnight drop off box but you will have to wait on your deposit till they come in an inspect the car
Good luck. All I have ever got from them is a hard time and a bad attitude. I have tried 2 times to do business with them before I found a cheaper alternative, with much better cars. Try A & D auto. I think they run the rental company d.b.a u-save. It is next door to them on belton hwy.
Credit card, valid driver's license,and insurance, you can purchase insurance but it's pricey
