Yes you can they have an overnight drop off box but you will have to wait on your deposit till they come in an inspect the car
I am not absolutely sure. I know part of the charge is based on mileage and gasoline restored to original amount when rented. I would assume you would make those arrangements at the time of arranging the rental. I hope it works out for you!
