This place has horrible employees, very rude and just today had an employee walk away from what he thought was out of hearing range and proceeded to curse at us. Prices on most items are outrageous. What was once a great place to find deals for home supplies are now a thing of the past along with courteous customer service.

I am not once for bad reviews typically unless it is truly necessary. I love the ReStore and we shop often for treasures. I bought a brand new in the the box Kenmore garbage disposal from them (not a used one) less than 6 months ago. The other day the two "paddle" like pieces inside broke. I called and left a message for the manager letting them know what happened and asked if since it was brand new, if they would just replace it. He called and said "unfortunately we cannot replace something from that long ago." First, since when is 6 months a long time ago and second...I totally get not replacing something that is used, but to sell a brand new item that is then faulty and not do anything to offer the customer any kind of help is truly UNBELIEVABLE. I am very disappointed in the ReStore's response to my issue.

We bought a rug that matched our very dated furniture. We had looked everywhere and found a beautiful rug in great condition. Steve marked it down a couple dollars for us because we had to pay to have it cleaned. The store staff is exceptional. I really enjoy perusing this store when I am in Anderson. I wish the Seneca Habitat ReStore was as well run and friendly as this one!

Used to be a good outlet for leftover, unused/gently used or salvaged items. Now it's WAY too expensive! I know it takes alit of labor to go thru /organize everything, BUT.....all labor should be "donated" by recipients of/people who've benefited from Habitat's mission. For instance....there is a USED toaster oven that has a 60.00 price on it!!! Shameful

This is the place to check for discounted items such as those! Come in or call about availability of the specific items. For the most part they only receive what they are donated so stock varies greatly.
