DO NOT GO HERE!!!! Do not go here!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND FRAUD BUSINESS. They charge you unnecessarily. VERY RUDE STAFF AT FRONT DESK!!!! Reply-- As a loyal patient for almost 7yrs, I don't remember signing a policy of a "no-call or missed appointment". If you update your policies after 7yr, inform your patients. Don't blindside them. That's fraud! I never missed my appointment but was rescueduled by your front desk staff. And, why wasn't I informed of a fee then during the rescheduling or when i showed up for my appointment and my next 2 appointments after? I could have received a letter about this . I travel all the way from Yonkers for 7 years to come to you. You could be professional about letting your patients know this, i would definitely not travel to you but find something else. As a mom of 3, you blindsided me after my last appointment to tell me I rescueduled an appointment and therefore I owe$150??!!! Ridiculous! You definitely lost a loyal patient. Rethink your policies!!
