I called this dentist office as my family member had a fall and needed emergency dentistry. Alexandra answered the phone and told me they do take emergency patients, but they needed an appt.... why would an emergency have an appt?? l explained the situation and she told me they are available in September. Mind you my family member is a past patient here. Get a better person to answer the phone and connect with patients that has a good phone manner and understands what an emergency is! I asked to speak with a supervisor or dentist and requested a call back. I never received a call back. I do not recommend this office and recommend you somewhere else. Every time we've come here the office is packed with people, your appointment time doesn't matter, and the staff is rude. WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN!

We accept Medicaid for all covered procedures. Whitening is not one of them. It is a cosmetic procedure that is not covered by Medicaid guidelines. It is pretty safe and affordable in our office nevertheless.
