I love this dental office...makes everyone feel welcomed...all the staff is friendly ..the dentist is highly knowledgeable and takes his time to make sure you don't feel any pain or discomfort. However they have to do a good job at making appointments...i scheduled one for 2:15pm then the day before they sent me a text saying I was scheduled for 10:30 am that makes absolutely no sense at all!

the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced for dental care I’ve called this dentistry every day for one week straight to schedule follow up visit and they never called back despite my asking multiple times to return my phone call due to emergency very poor quality of care and communication

The service and the dentist working there are very understanding and helpful. They walk you through every process, remind you of the benefits and risks, and they are very efficient. 5/5 for me.

I made an appointment. The lady that answered the phone gave me an appointment time and date. When I showed up, there's no appointment and a whole lot of notes about a conversation that was never had. I left NJ to go to this appointment and couldn't see a dentist. Terrible service.
