It was time for a cleaning and all went well. The dental tech knew what she was doing and made sure that I was comfortable with all that she was doing. I don't like going to the dentist but I don't mind going to Gentle Dental , on Francis Lewis Blvd, because of the care that I get there.

It would be through reimbursement. You would pay for all services, we would then send the claim forms to the insurance company and they would reimburse you according to their fee schedule.

To provide efficient service, we ask you to please bring your insurance card, an ID, plus any referral slips or diagnostic records given to you by another office. If you are taking medications, please note or make a list of what they are as you will need to provide that information. If you'd like to save some time, you can fill out some of our forms online.
