Very rude and nasty. People at the front desk are miserable. They get upset with you like your the reason they make 15$ hr. They act nice to get good reviews and then treat you like nothing once your in. Very poor customer service BEWARE ONCE YOUR IN

I've been coming here for years even after I moved further away. This is the second time this year I had an issue with the front desk and today my appointment was already me coming back for an error they made and on top of that they make an error with scheduling and told me my appointment was for 11am when clearly it was for 12pm which also is a problem because my last appointment I waited an hour to be seen why are you scheduling 3 ppl for the same time slot? So I told them there was a problem on the train I was going to be 15 to 20min late and she kept saying my appointment was 11am and tried to reschedule me which this appointment was already an inconvenience. Why give a hard time no apology for the mixup or a hello when I said good afternoon. I have confirmation for 12pm I was never late previously and I'm still waiting so all of that for absolutely no reason.

It's based on the changes in the policy. One minute they took my insurance then they didn't briefly then they did again. Great dental work though..worth the hassle
