This hotel has some great staff. Billy at the front desk is the best. If there was an issue during our stay it was corrected and Billy was especially helpful, kind, and patient. He represents this hotel in a very positive way. The hotel is going through some much needed renovations and with staff like Billy and others who work here it will be a great place to stay.

The staff was very nice and accommodating especially Billy. However the hotel itself is practically a motel 6. When I arrived there was construction in multiple rooms and was so noisy. Secondly there was no toilet paper and no towels. The tub wasn’t clean neither was the toilet. There was sunflower seeds under the bed and in the corners of the room. I was planning on staying for a little over 3 weeks since it was fairly priced for that long of a stay but believe me it’s not worth it. You are paying the price. I moved after a week of being there. Also the area that this hotel is in is not safe what’s so ever. Car theft and sketchy people all around there. I was scared to leave my car outside or even sleep. Lovely people working but hotel not so much.

This is my first time using an Extended Stay America and I really have enjoyed the stay at the Lakewood location. The gentleman at the front desk, Billy, was very helpful and was very prompt to any inquiry I had. Other staff has been very professional as well. Definitely doesn’t feel like a hotel, it’s more personalized. Will probably stay at another ESA when the opportunity presents itself.

I stayed here for over 3 months while handling wildfires. ALL of the staff were more than accommodating and helpful during my stay. Whenever I’m in a city for a long time, having a good hotel is probably one of the most important components of my work, glad I was referred to the Lakewood South location. Thanks staff for everything you guys did to make my stay worth it!
