No one ever seems to be available to answer the phones. Good luck. Back to subtract 1 of 2 ⭐s. WORST office I have ever dealt with for processing ins prior auths. I have been without my meds 4x now. 7-11 DAY STRETCHES each time. Staff always deflect & blame-shift onto insurance. Dr. Feit doesn't appear to care & has yet to show me any particular consideration or compassion. Ah, Western healthcare, the contradiction in terms. Nobody's healthy & nobody cares. 🤒💰💰💰

I waited one hour. I paid a $30 copay and was told I needed to make a second appointment and pay another $30 copay because they needed a prior authorization. That turned out to be not at all true. When I went back, after having been left for weeks in total pain, I again waited an hour only to be told they were not an approved provider for my insurance company…the very company that referred them to me. They were of course 100% wrong about that too but because I was in so much pain I paid $150 for a simple $50 cortisone shot. My insurance company told me I shouldn’t have paid so I called and waited on hold multiple times, including dropped calls, all together it took well over an hour of total frustration. I was told only the office manager could authorize payment of money they acknowledged they owned me yet after three calls I could only leave a message (she was unreachable) which I was told would trigger payment. That never happened. Today I called and waited on hold only twice for the call to again drop, which is exactly what they want hoping you’ll just go away. If this is the type of care and service you want, this is definitely the place for you. If not.

I used to be a long time patient of Resolute Pain Solutions, when I switched insurance & Resolute didn't accept it. This was the best thing that has happened to me, to find Dr. Maldonado. The staff is easy going & friendly, and the care is top notch. Resolute is full of bureaucrats who only care about collecting money. They couldn't care less about any of their patients. This comes from the top, and their hiring practices. So if you're in pain & looking for a great doctor, Dr. Maldonado is a great selection.
