I've had good experiences before but it's overshadowed by the amount of times I've been stalked by security here. I am a diamond member and come to this store about twice a month, never leaving once without purchasing something, and spending EVEN MORE online. I mean, it's pretty bad if you can tell who security is because they are literally following you around the store, doesn't seem like an effective strategy to me. I'm just trying to enjoy my day off and meander the store, look at all the beautiful products, and see where my money takes me but evidently, having been a loyal customer for 7 years and spending $2000- $3000 annually for this company is not enough. HAVING SOMEONE FOLLOW YOU AROUND AS IF YOU'RE GOING TO STEAL SOMETHING WHEN YOU'RE ACTUALLY TRYING TO ENJOY SPENDING YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY RUINS THE ENTIRE EXPERIENCE. I HOPE THE RIGHT PERSON READS THIS. I hate going into the mall but more and more I am feeling like I need to bring my business to Sephora If you read the other reviews on here of them profiling people of color, believe it. THERE ARE NEWS ARTICLES ABOUT EMPLOYEES SPEAKING OUT AGAINST THE RACIAL PROFILING THAT IS ENCOURAGED UPDATE 9/29/22 They finally responded with this sad, generic response. What a soulless company. Generic responses when you have a human being managing a store, completely capable of addressing human concerns is a disrespectful way of handling complaints. Nothing shows you don't care better than this
