I recently completed a 1 week intensive - CST and the unwinding process is amazing; would have been difficult to believe without experiencing it. All the practitioners are awesome and caring but a special shout out to Rob as the lead for the week and his ability to help elicit the unwinding from old injuries and stored traumas. I know Kat would tell me not to think this way, just wish it was 10 plus years ago I would have tried this :)

This has been such a great experience taking CST1! Met a first class therapist from allover the country! Our instructor Fred was phenomenal and I would highly recommend taking it with him. I will be back to take CST2 in November!
