Service was subpar. I was told that they had the lens for my prescription available but it still took a week to get my prescription lens fitted into an existing frame. And even then I had to call twice to check on the status. They never called me. The most disappointing part is that ovation did not give me the option to choose the type of lens to use for my prescription. My existing glasses were high index lens but ovation used polycarbonate which gives me a visual distortions and headaches. Ovation said that since my prescription from their own doctor doesn’t specify that they should use high index they did not use it. However both the doctor and the optician examined my previous lens and should have known to ask about what type of lens it is. Disappointed.
