No one approached my mother and I to see if we needed any help. Lady in the shop was super nice though and the Rv's did look really brand new from the outside anyways. Hopefully this review will give them a heads up for next arriving customers!

I’m a first time RV owner and the staff at Great Time RV provider tailored service, a wealth of knowledge for a new owner such as myself, and solid communication throughout the whole purchasing process. Jim, Bob, Susan, and Karen had a level of attention to detail that made me feel confident in my selection, and showed genuine care for my experience with them. I was made to feel welcome each time that I came into Great Time and every step of the process to get my camper felt painless. This is a team of hardworking, honest and kind people that truly just want to help get people like me on their way & enjoying the camper life.
