Stay away. They offer competitive interest rates which originally got me to join. Customer service is TRASH. I’ve never experienced customer service this poor at any other bank I’ve used. Expect surprise fees that you won’t be notified about until up to a week later, and serious attitude from any customer service representative. Will be ending our accounts with them ASAP
