I'm very happy with Comforcare. My mom has a full time Aide who is super sweet and caring . The officec staff communicates on all levels . After 5 months of using Comforcare I can say they have the trust and confidence of my family. I feel good to know that my mom is in good hands and most importantly happy with her care.

Unprofessional, unethical, dishonest, lack compassion. Not the aids (who we were pleased with), but the management and organization! Go elsewhere, there are other organizations that are upfront and are more professional. If they make a commitment of staff - they will have them available. You have been warned - avoid this company at all costs - they really don't care about you or your loved one. Firstly, that is NOT my name. Secondly, your fiery response to a legitimate review is indicative of your business practices. The facts speak for themselves: 1) did not have sufficient staff which required existing staff to work 24 and 36 hour shifts for which we were erroneously billed overtime rates, 2) received a call at 8 a.m. on a Sunday to advise there was no coverage. There was no threat just a mention that the company would be liable if anything happen without sufficient staff and 3) spread falsehoods about my family within the facility that were outright lies and 4) the company terminated the contract and gave us 72 hour notice "...... can no longer provide care to sufficiently meet your requirements". They should have told us BEFORE we committed to working with them.

By far one of the most selfish companies I’ve ever worked for. The owners only care for their family and not the sacrifices their workers are making to keep their business afloat , so image how they would feel about your parents . There’s a lot more i can say but I’ll just keep it at that 🙂

I was very pleased with ComForCare's personalized service in caring for my husband. Every caregiver arrived with a cheerful greeting and ready to accommodate the needs of the day.
