I actually went in tonight to return all of my equipment and close my account, as my HOA moved to a different provider. In spite of knowing I was there to return everything, everyone was friendly and efficient and I was helped quickly. The store was actually very nice inside, with comfortable waiting areas, and lots of options for cell phones and equipment to check out. So a good experience.

They are a bunch of charlatans who basically lie about your payment plan. They don’t explain the terms and conditions and put me on a per gig plan. They wouldn’t unlock my phone even after paying in full. I would not step in to this store even if I was paid to.

I have only had good experiences at this location. Much better than speaking with customer service online. Jacques Alonzo was super helpful and was more than happy to go above and beyond to help me out.

Yes, but right now you have to make an appointment online or on the phone then you will have to wait outside masks required all of this due to COVID-19

NO 😧 I had problems with mine and the only thing you can do is push the xfinity button on remote and search by channel or program.
Just walk in- no appointments necessary anymore
