This Pharmacy sector of this Publix are so bad. Their service on pharmacy department are not experienced. When I called for refill they put me on hold and after few minutes they put me on voicemail. That’s really bad. And one day after coming from urgent care, usually medicine took 1/2 hours to get ready for pickup. But they took 2+ days . After that I changed my pharmacy. And also they don’t have any drive thru (So if you want experienced and good pharmacy for your medication you should avoid this location)

Called and they immediately put me on hold and it's been over 10 minutes.

Several years back I had a medication problem with my mail order pharmacy about some medication they had sent me. COULD NOT GET A STRIGHT ANSWER TO MY QUESTION. sISo I WENT TO PUBLIX PHAMACY AND TOLD THEM MY PROBLEM. the PHARMACIST Checked OUT MY QUESTION AND GAVE ME A ANSWER RIGHT ON THE SPOT, EVEN THOUGH THE MEDICATION CAME FROM A MAIL ORDER PHAMACY, now i GET ALL MY MEDICATION FROM PUBLEX AT 4200 NORTHLAKE. the PEOPLE ARE GREAT, ALWAYS WILLING TO ANSWER ANY QUESTIONs AND NOT RUSH YOU YOU. they HAVE HELP ME SOLVEE MANY PROBLEMS OVER THE YEARS. They work very hard to get re authorization from my doctors. They are very good about filling my scrips quickly when requested by my doctors The entire staff treats me like family, I always get the feeling that they actually care about me. As busy as they are the managers always have time to talk to you if you have a question. Just can't say enough about how good this pharmacy is. . I know there are pharmacy out there're with cheaper prices, but saving a few coins is not worth downgrading your safety. and service, when dealing with this pharmacy. I feel completely safe about my medications being correct. and they do watch out for my allergies.

They have a fair diversity of unconventional organic products and allergen free products. It might take a little searching but I've found well known brands like Annie's or Enjoy Life there.
