You need a valid medical card and a valid recomm from a Dr to purchase Mmj anywhere in the state
You can't even enter the dispensaries without card unexpired. I know that they have a lifetime warranty on all batteries if you mean the true stick battery that goes with the true pod doesn't work then they will give you another one but I'm not sure if they will allow you in or to do it yourself unless you have the ID and it's not expired. Anybody else who has an active prescription can go in and exchange it for you. You might need to charge it, or it might have turned off you have to click five times to turn back on.

Absolutely, although sometimes the online menu doesn't always reflect the complete store inventory of products. However, it is much faster and easier. Additionally, you can check in online prior to your arrival and minimize your wait time.
When you order online you will get a confirmation by text to let you know your order is ready for pickup and gives you an option to check in before you arrive.
