Johnathan Clark-is person on PNC bank on PGA location i can nominated of the worth service you can get!!!i arrived there at 2.15p.m.for asking about opening debit accounts for non-resident person of USA,one girl on reception was so gentle, to check all information online and told me ,i need passport and visa for make it,she can schedule appointments for 3.15p.m,i was happy with that.Mr.Clark just got back from lunch and was invited me directly at him office!But after 15min conversation, he told me he can't do it,i have to leave,there is no time for me(bank was empty!attention, lady on receptionin advanceprposed to me few different time aviabile from him schedule), they don't do this service and by the way he can't help...him arguments dosen't have any logic,he couldn't answer for any of my questions, was so stressed,unpolite and even didn't try to resolve my situation!So unprofessional!!!!! I used to leave and come on other location on PNC,just 10 min drive from there ,North military trail office and Luisa Orellana helped me for a very short time without any trouble!Such a important to meet right person!Thankfully from all my heart for Luisa Orellana for a great service, professional, polite and make me forget about my previous experience with PNC banker!This lady knows her job very well and so intuitive with customer,ready for help even more than you ask!I am so happy to meet her today!and will recommend for all my friends ad family!

I found outstanding customer service at PNC Branch North Military Trail Branch. I was so Impressed that I took the time to do this review. Luisa Orellana took care of me and my father, outstanding job. Management at the branch deserve credit for training employees like this, yes it makes a huge difference, if I was a competitor I would hire this lady and who trained her.

Slowest bank I ever seen, I was the only one in line and it still took 8 minutes to cash a check. That is why I bank at Wells Fargo
