I used to live here for about a year and they went ahead and issued me a deposit check a refund that I cannot catch anywhere so I reach out to the financial service lady Nancy and she is so rude it's ridiculous like you would think that a lady of her age would have lived through life and realized that you cannot speak with people that way I asked her for the corporate number and she hung up in my face that is definitely not good customer service and as soon as I get the corporate number I have emails and everything that I'm gonna show them that this lady does not need to be in her position At all

This place is a joke. Front staff is unhelpful and admin are only there to make sure they can squeeze whatever money they can out of their tenants. Maintenance staff isn't trained and even the most basic of tasks cause them difficulty. When they do try and complete a task or repair an apartment, it's at 9 pm with heavy drills, hammers, and loud music. The protest and lawsuit against this complex are both well deserved. Avoid this place at all costs.

I am a current resident here and i have had problems since day 3 of moving in management is awful they will assure you under new management and promise "new renovated" units yeah well Thats what i am living in hall ways are left with junk every time they clear a unit they arent cleaned weekly nothing this stuff was left in my hallway for 3 months on top of that we have mold in our shower we havent used there is roaches/ bugs water damaged all these pictures are how we found this apartment we have contacted them they fail to complete they are getting to the point where they go into the maintenance requests and clear them as done but they dont contact me or even come by to fix it ive only been here since January RENT ELSEWHERE NOT WORTH IT AT ALL

I just wanted to leave feedback on my stay at legacy December to April 2018. The office staff was awesome and I can say the same for the maintenance crew, they do the best they can. I would definitely recommend working with them any day. 5 stars and kudos to you all!! My reason of 2 stars would be, this place has so much potential if only the owners would re-invest into the property. If the owners continue to put off upgrades and adequate staffing I can promise the reviews will continue to lower your overall scores and the property will continue to decline. With so many apartments and rental income it’s very possible to renovate and make this place shine amongst the rest. This property also has great access to the freeway, Walmart, and next to a great elementary school. I have not so good things to say about the building, but will just leave it at this. Property owners need to pay a visit and start acting if you want to salvage your investment. Overall, property being not up to par pulls my 5 stars down to a 2.
