Lived here in 2020. Definitely would not recommend. At first it wasn’t much of an issue but then roaches kept appearing EVERYWHERE …especially in the kitchen. The parking lot was COVERED with potholes. Parking lot was also not well lit so it was a little scary walking from my car to my apt at night. Washer/dryer were always broken. There was no controlled access so anyone could just walk into the building. Cops were constantly driving through the area. I found a new place and moved out before my lease was up.

So I'm having an overly sensitive downstairs neighbor who keeps calling the office for me walking around my apartment because if getting home late from work or if I walk to bathroom at night now they are giving me a threat to evict me if I walk around my apartment late at night after 10 because they wanna be on his side even though he bangs on ceiling every time I walk

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!! When I moved in they never gave me a check list to mark damage. There were holes in the ceiling and walls that they had duct taped and painted among many other issues. At the end of my lease I went to month to month for an extra 100 dollars rent each month. I did this because they pitched it to me as “month to month you can move out whenever you want with no extra charges” now I have moved out and they are saying I owe another month rent (even though I was out before the end of the month) AND an early move out fee! Even though they never had me sign a lease after my original lease was up. This place is a joke. 1000% DO NOT recommend!

Do not move here. The prices are great for a reason. Lived there for 1 year and had more issues than I've ever had. 1: There is only one--ONE--washer/dryer for an entire building. And they don't even work half the time. 2: They charge you for random fees, like the lighting in the hallways, and when you ask them about it, they say that it was just a one time charge and it won't happen again, but don't explain it any further when you try to clarify. 3: Maintenance is a joke. Never once did they come in to change filters on anything. Regularly spraying for bugs? Absolutely not. No cleaning is done in the hallways (dog puke sat in a corner of ours for 7 months), and when you do have a request, like an air conditioner breaking in August, nothing is ever done about it. 4: Just gross overall. Roaches everywhere, and again, when requesting someone to come and spray, nothing happened. Lived with them for a year. Also, the front door to our building had a hole where a window was supposed to be, and they just fixed it by putting some cardboard over it. So.
