This could possibly be a good place to rent but the communication and application process has been a mess since the beginning. Getting a hold of Wanda the property manager is near impossible. When she does call you back it’s never that day and usually multiple days later. We never received a receipt for our deposit and were never given any paperwork with regards to our new apartment. Tried to get our deposit back and have yet to hear back from the company. Avoid dealing with these people if you can.

Don’t be fooled by the 5 star reviews. The property manager offers a discount on rent when you lease so of course tenants will leave a review. As for the apartments, they’re average. The walls are VERY thin and you will hear your neighbors constantly. I was living on the 2nd floor and complained several times about the noise above because it would literally shake my entire apartment and even a picture frame fell off the wall once. Management did absolutely nothing about this. The manager Rodney also lacks much professionalism for the position he’s in. A very low person who doesn’t care for tenants but rather money. There are many other apartments in the area that offer much more. Not even a gym or pool and they’re almost as much or more than the others in the area. Would not recommend.

If you like feeling like you live in the projects then this is the place for you. Loud thumping music all hours. Pot smell so strong in the hallway that it lingers into our apartment. Bedrooms always cold in winter and hot in summer. When the flooding happened because of the rain it took them 3 weeks to even think about fixing it. parking is bad as well. Very high priced for no amenities and you pay for water gas electric. Lived here for 3 years and can't wait to move out.

Apartments are alright, even better if you can get on the top floor with the vaulted ceilings. Maintenance is alright, but every time we needed something fixed, they only did half of the job. Also, our security door has been broken since we visited to move in. The management said it was going to be fixed soon, so we thought nothing of it. We mentioned the door a few weeks later and they said the part was on its way. The lock is now covered in duct tape and is still broken, nine months later.
