if i could give this place -10, i would. Pushed back the move in date to install a new furnace THAT DOESNT WORK CORRECTLY. Called the office to have the maintenance done, wasn't notified of when they would be here the first time(wouldn't be the last time because my name isn't first on the lease), the second time the ticket wasn't "filled out completely" which wasn't my fault, that was on the office, but i still didn't get the issue fixed. There is zero air coming out of it, but apparently that's no big deal and can wait for 5 DAYS because they gave me one fan for a two bedroom unit. There's bubbling in the walls because they carelessly patched the walls, roaches upon move in, PESTICIDE STAINS ON THE WALLS, BLACK MOLD IN THE SHOWERS, showers that have walls that are literally leaning because of heat and moisture build up in a poorly ventilated bathroom, and crooked closet doors that don't open without a fight once closed. Despite being as patient as anyone could in the situation, got told i'd be found in violation of my lease if i continued to be "disrespectful" to the office staff. YOU MEAN BEING FRUSTRATED THAT THE WORK ISNT GETTING DONE AND I CANT GET ANYONE TO GET ON TOP OF THE SITUATION FOR FIVE DAYS?! not worth the money, not worth the time because if you have a legitimate problem, it's going to take them 3 tries to get it halfway right.

I have lived at Westwood for almost a year and enjoy the location and price. There were a few snags upon move in but they were fixed right away. The ladies in the office are nice and friendly and are always willing to help. Maintenance always makes a point to say hello to my cats when they come. I wish they had more amenities is the only downfall.
