This place is ok. Beware no one picks up after their dogs. And the washer/dryer units are broken/out of order 60% of the time. They charge you a ridiculous fee if you pay rent late .. They also charge you a service charge every month for water /sewer and electricity even though you already pay via mud and Oppd . Makes no sense .. Ac/heater works but only sometimes. Dishwasher never works, and there are always cops or ambulances outside. They definitely Don’t seem to care much ab their tenants. But hey at least the rents cheap

Not even worth the single star. Horrible area to live in. Management changes every few months, just not taken care of. On several occasions while living here, I feared for my safety and the safety of my vehicle. Police are at this apartment complext at least three times a week. On one occasion we couldn't leave our apartment because there were officers outside with guns drawn. This place is just so trashy. When I moved in, I was offered an on site laundry unit, which was available for a couple months until the management locked all the doors to the laundry units. They have a single unit available at the office. Do not move into these apartments. They're full of trashy, loud, pot smoking neighbors. The amount of crime you'll witness living here is concerning. Do not move here unless you have no other options.
