My TV was stolen out of my apartment the security guard showed me on Video who took it,but nothing was done. They made up extra things to keep my deposit. It's roach and mice infested. The apartment manager was very unprofessional they also keep an move in junkies. Not kid friendly at all.

I now that living at the City View Apartments isn't a good idea 😞.
Yes you can come in and apply or you can also do it on line.
You have too pay for electricity studio is about $55 a month. You technically have to pay for gas but you pay it in addition to your rent to tzadik. With the ownership transition it's been kind of wierd I've only been paying less than $5.

I pay 545.00/month, for the lowest priced unit which is a studio apt. Rent seems to go up about 15.00 per year, at least in my experience. If you have a pet you pay a deposit +25.00 per month pet fee. You pay water and gas which you pay for at the end of the month separate from the rent. You pay for electricity through OPPD. You must have renters insurance or sign up for renters insurance through the rental office. You also will have a deposit. It's good to take advantage when a low deposit is offered as a move in incentive. The office can answer any other questions that you have.
That puts alot of people in a dangerous situation. Safety is sorta important 🙂 I just moved to Omaha ...learning
Well the management finally got the back door repair this Friday 5-13- 2022 so I suppose there's better security at the City View Apartment. But it's up to all of us to be on guard for ourselves both Management and tenants. Have a good day 😊.
It some potential, there are somethings that City View Apartment/ Tzadik Management has to work on. Hopefully their Management will try to make the City View Apartment a livable place to live in here in Omaha, Nebraska.
Don't do it!!! Go someplace else.
