I’ve lived here for nearly five years. Extremely unprofessional office staff and management. Just having a competent body show up at the office is too much for these people. Renters be warned to go somewhere else.

Muscle Flex

Everything is going great for the first apartment experience so far but Been here about 2 months and already got my garage broken into but staffs tells me their locks for the garages get loose time to time. If I knew that from the beginning I wouldn’t have got a garage. Staff tells me that they will not do anything to wave the 30 day notice even though it’s “their” lock that got loose. I don’t want the garage if I can’t even rely on it. My tent that fits 10 people and some fishing rods got stolen. Looks like someone Jammed something in the lock but they tell me it’s just loose…. 🙃

Had a terrible experience renting here, our apartment flooded because they need to repair the roof. It was poring water out of our ceiling fans, down the window seals, ruined multiple pieces of furniture. They took months to fix it and never gave us a different place to live. Then all they did was paint over the mold spots. Once we moved out they started claiming we owed them money.
