Pathetic customer service by the african-american lady Nichole. When i first walked in she was sitting in the far-inside of the store by eye exam desk. When i asked if anyone is there in the optical section, she asked me what I needed help with from the place she was sitting. (not sure if she expects the customer to shout from there). She was not immediately ready to move from her place and slowly dragged herself to where I was. It was never receptive from the beginning, and not even a warm smile welcoming the customer (can sense a smile even with the masks on). I had an issue with my one of my lens (which had a chip in the center) and her responses were without empathy and it progressed to outride rude. On top of that my DL I gave to her for pulling my records, I forgot to get it back and nor did she return it. She could have at least given me a call letting me know that i left it in the store (she had my contact details from my account details she pulled). I reached all the way home and had to drive back after i realized. When I asked her she could have called, she was rude again and gave me a lame excuse, which any sane human will not believe. When enquired about her manager, she said she was the manager. Not sure what training Visionworks provided before employing them in store, but she has no qualifications for being in any customer facing role, let alone a managerial role. I am surprised she even has a job with that attitude. I then asked her who her boss was and she gave Kathy's name and again when requested for Kathy's contact details she outright refused to provide me that. I would like to talk to Kathy if you are reading this (customer name: Arjun Dayanand, for pulling my contact details).

Customer service is HORRIBLE. We have been customers for 18 years, when it was Eyemasters. The new virtual doctors and techs messed up my prescription during the exam and I couldn't see better with the new prescription. I re-did the exam and they changed it back to my past prescription. Reordered glasses with corrected prescription and found out in May that they were in. Also my son ordered new glasses and their manufacturer said it was too hard of a prescription to make and sent it to a different place. He has been waiting over a month for his glasses. His old ones broke and are currently taped together.
