My kids have been with Apex for about a year and a half now. (They are 5 & 7). My firstborn has shown a noticeable improvement in his ability to focus and, I've noticed that my youngest is more disciplined/better behaved when we attend classes more frequently. Ryan is kind, patient, but firm. An excellent teacher! This school is further from us than other martial arts schools but I wouldn't take my kids anywhere else!

My son has been attending Gretna ATA for a year and has learned so much. Ryan is a great teacher. He not only teaches the kids martial arts but also important values like discipline, respect, communication . And also self defense on a way that kids can understand and use if needed. My son has improved physically and he has gain so much confidence. All while having fun. I plan on having him attending this school for years to come. It’s a great investment on your child physical and mental health. He offer free trials and honestly, after you watch his classes, you will understand the quality of his service. This is a wonderful martial arts school.

I love this place. I've been coming here for about two years, and I already want to be an instructor (and that is due in no small part to my own). This school has been a huge benefit for me. I've gotten good exercise, perfected fun techniques, learned vauable life lessons, and made great friends. There is no other school I would rather be going to!
