I don’t think the woman who answered the phone knows what HIPAA is and how HIPAA works. She verified my identity and proceeded to ask what I needed help with. I told her that I needed to order some contacts (which she was successfully able to do after confirming my identity).I asked when my prescription expires. She stated that I couldn’t get that information over the phone since it was a HIPAA violation! Mind you, she gave me my home address without asking me first what it was. Realistically, she was just too lazy to do her job. I’ve never had issues in the past where they let me know when my prescription expires over the phone. I’ve had my personal information released to me at different doctor’s offices over the phone. Of course, after confirming my identity. I just thought this was lazy, petty, and quite unprofessional. Definitely correct me if I’m wrong about what HIPAA violations are!

The person I worked with was great but the program is not what they make it out to be. They charge a crazy price for everything but the exam. 2 pairs , 650 $ that a lot different than 140 for 2 pair with a free exam. Not what the end result was

It is the best price for glasses, the store however is in dire need of upgrades. Very poorly lit for an eyeglass company, mostly due to 2/3 of the fluorescent lights being burnt out. Service is pretty fast, getting your glasses typically takes less time than they quote you.
