Loved my experience. The staff is amazing and caring. I’ve waited almost 20 years to look into this and I keep asking myself, what was the hesitation?? It was an awesome experience from start to finish!

I had problems most likely brought on by previous hip replacements. This was the theory. Tests on both legs that were Swollen,(previously treated with Lasix which did not work) showed problems with the veins. Subsequent treatment at the USA Vein Clinics. a period of 6 weeks apparently resolved the problems. I am very satisfied with the treatments.

Do not come here unless you do not care about your mental wellness, medical professionalism or a clean medical facility In retrospect I give this practice 0 stars. I will not be returning. A. Clean your office.Your office is filthy and cluttered, looks more like a state run medical facility than a private vein clinic. B.Train your front desk staff in decorum and professionalism we are humans being not animals and shouldnt be greeted with eye rolls and teeth sucking. We deserve courteous and helpful service. Your front desk staff(particularly the lady in the head scarf) are rude, boisterous, and unprofessional in speech and physical dress. Horrible presentation of a medical administrator. C. Stop lying to your patients about drs running late. Your either double booking or your taking in walk-ins before the patients appointments. I see it is your normal for patients to wait 1 to 2 hours after their appts to be seen. Have some consideration for your patients time D. Stop placating everyone who wrote bad reviews. The compliants are the same. Rude and unprofessional front staff and long wait times and your doing Nothing to rectify it. Unlike the other views I will not give the Dr's any praise because they are remaining quiet about the poor conditions. If they don't speak up for their patient's health , and their overall treament. They are just as responsible for this horrible facility where everyone is just an resolving insurance number. Do better US Vein Clinic of Valley Stream! I should have turned around as soon as I saw the boarded up front window on the way in. I will be contacting the referring doctor to complain and to ask them to reconsider sending any future patients to your practice. As many patients your seeing you should be providing premium care to your patients Period. Do better!

This my 2nd time at valley Stream office. The level of care and concern for patient is little to none. They lack competent and adequate staffing. The vein clinic has failed to notify patients of missing staff. The Dr malson had emergency or so they say,the replace Dr came 2.5 hrs late. Last time i came they didnt have properly trained people to do the doopler test 1 guy had to everyone. This office need to be reported to medical board for failing to to follow the oath of Drs the date of aecond visit9/13/2022
