I pay 545.00/month, for the lowest priced unit which is a studio apt. Rent seems to go up about 15.00 per year, at least in my experience. If you have a pet you pay a deposit +25.00 per month pet fee. You pay water and gas which you pay for at the end of the month separate from the rent. You pay for electricity through OPPD. You must have renters insurance or sign up for renters insurance through the rental office. You also will have a deposit. It's good to take advantage when a low deposit is offered as a move in incentive. The office can answer any other questions that you have.

They don't require separate renter's insurance anymore. They automatically include the insurance premium in the rent, which is $9.95. You pay gas, water, trash, sewer, you insurance premium and any other items that aren't market rent to the same account and they tell you what you owe so you can pay with the next month rent. We have a one bedroom penthouse we secured as long term residents but my understanding is that market price is just over $1k for our unit. However, ours is the biggest one bedroom you can get. My previous 1 bed was not a penthouse and the rent for it at the time was $675 plus utilities and such. Between the billed utilities and our electric, is say plan for a Max of $200 to make sure you're safe in that end, so a one bedroom here should be $800-1000 easy.
