In my opinion, the property seems too consistently change states of being unkempt (grass can get very long sometimes and snow/ice removal could be quicker) to looking half-way decent. Mark, the owner of this property. is NOT an ideal person to deal with if/when an issue arises. Sure, some people can have a bad day, but he seems to have a lot of them. Would not recommend this apartment complex

I lived here for a year and only moved due to relocation, otherwise I would have stayed for years (like many of the decades long residents). Mark, the owner and property manager is wonderful. He works so hard to keep the complex safe, clean and well maintained. He is continuously working on updating apartments. In the year I lived there, I only had one time that I needed to call for assistance with my apartment. Mark was there, late at night to help and was there within tens minutes. He quickly resolved the situation. My apartment had new counters, new kitchen and bathroom flooring, a new shower and bathroom vanity, great water pressure and wonderfully padded new carpet. I always felt safe living there and it was wonderfully quiet. I would definitely move back there.
