With all the accommodations from window to light your apartment, and maggots coming from the tap to keep you company, while you spend an hour washing dishes using their state of the art ‘trickle down’ water pressure, you’re sure to have a blast! Want a furry friend, but don’t want to spend over $1000 in a year? No problem! The mice are free :) If that doesn’t have you jumping to call them now, they also have a pool that’s open, sometimes for up to 3 months at a time! Maintenance is also kind enough to demand your name and address, and will yell at you if you don’t answer fast enough. Back off, strangers! There’s also a fun game that’s reserved for second and third floor tenants called ‘screaming match’. Ready, set, GO! ;) These are only a few of the wonderful things appletree has to offer. After some initial issues with communication regarding the overall price of the apartment, things have been going very smoothly here. I have had one mouse in the apartment, but you have to remember that I’m on the bottom floor and mice often come into apartments during winter and can scoot their way around pretty quickly. My cat killed it within a few days so it’s all good. The building is incredibly quiet, and I don’t often hear my neighbors. The only time I do is when someone is talking directly next to a wall. I work overnights so I sleep during the day and I’ve been able to do that with relative ease. I haven’t had any maintenance problems outside of a backed up sink. That issue was taken care of within an hour. My neighbors have all been super kind and welcoming. The washer/dryers in my building seem to never be in use, but again I’m doing most of my cleaning in the middle of the night. The company has also been working with me regarding rental payments due to a job loss during covid. I’ve been very appreciative of this for sure. Overall I’ve been happy here. Yes, the walls are a little thin and the parking lots fill up quickly, but I haven’t had any major issues or problems since I moved in. I am looking forward to renewing my lease in august.

Very noisy with thin walls and ceilings. You can hear your neighbors snoring and hear every conversations. Can’t sleep or have some quiet time for you. Not worth your money to pay for something that don’t feel like a home.
