Office staff is really nice and helpful so that’s a plus. But they have ROACHES bad! At least my building did 🪳 and the apartments need to be updated the building and landscaping and everything is barely taken care of. My building smelled like weed and dogs 24/7 :( also noticed some of what looked like black mold in the cracks of the bedroom windows EDIT:Responding to their reply the office was notified multiple times and not just by me lots of ppl in my build had MULTIPLE Pest control work orders. The office/company is fully aware of the infestation they just never tried to fully eradicate the problem just sent someone out to spray. One time pest control came a week late and roaches were coming out the woodworks running through the baby bottles and silverware drawers running up on the tables it was disgusting I had to stay with my parents and just continued paying rent there because it was so gross.

This place is run horribly and is a dump. I had water coming out of my ceiling so many times I lost count. Had horrible black mold everywhere. Ceiling collapsed in the hvac closet TWICE from the water. Kitchen sink leaked and the dishwasher. I was told they needed a new solenoid for dishwasher. I was told to turn the water on from the line under the sink when I needed to use dishwasher and turn it off when done so it wouldn't leak. I had to do that for a year because they never came back to fix it. The molding on the wall was swollen and rotted from water damage. Even though the black mold had been reported to them and they supposedly took care of it once and fixed the ceiling in the hvac closet once, they had no mention of the mold in their maintenance records when it happened again. They even had to redo drywall in coat closet because mold grew on the carpet and up the wall from water coming from hvac closet. No mention though in their reports. Good thing I got pictures I'll be attaching. I had reported an issue with my dryer. It took them a year, no exaggeration, to fix that as well. I was no longer on lease and was month to month. Decided to move out. You can never get a hold of anyone at the office so I had a hard time letting them know I was leaving. Maintenance worker said he would talk to them about cutting me some slack on moving out and rent do to black mold etc because he was appalled by the conditions. He agreed that the mold didn't happen overnight as, despite being omitted from their reports, it had to have been going on for a long time. Emily, the office manager at the time the hvac ceiling collapsed the first time, had "some guy" she knew "fix" it for cheap. Probably why it was omitted from maintenance records. She was promoted to area director though lol. Now that I moved out several months ago, they have me in collections saying I owe them a couple thousand. Claims I owe for leaving without 30 day notice and $900 some for damages. Had my car vandalized in the parking lot. Several people have. Had my dog attacked by another tenets dog running loose. I could go on forever about the experiences I've had living there.
