Wow! So excited regarding SERVPRO of New Smyrna Beach-Titusville! Michael Lilly was Great. He was Honest. I highly recommend Michael. He was reliable, intelligent and informative. As a nurse, I knew that Mold could cause serious health issues (neurotoxins effecting the brain as well as a respiratory system irritant) in your home environment. Therefore, it is very important to work with an honest business that has good customer service. SERVPRO of New Smyrna-Titusville came out the next day, so there was no waiting and worrying! Yes. You will need to be onsite for the technicians to go over what they will be doing and to sign the initial forms that are needed. If you are not able to meet us you will need to either email or fax the forms to the office before the technicians can begin any work in your home. During monitoring visits, you will have to make arrangements for our technicians to enter the home during business hours to be able to check on the drying process. If you cannot arrange for a neighbor or someone else to let us in, we will provide a lockbox for your house key. Only you and our employees will have the access code to that key. Company policy forbids us to enter a house with only a minor (<18) present.
