What is most important to me is the outstanding customer service. Brianna was so patient and kind! She really understood me and and showed it with her actions. I can’t thank her enough! You don’t always find people who care about what they do and show it! As for the apartment, it is perfect for a first time renter or a couple just wanting to downsize and not worry about mowing or shoveling. The apartment is bright and set up in a cohesive manner. It is a quiet and comfortable space. I always felt that it was a safe and a well run complex. The pool and outside area is beautiful and so nice to have those amenities available to use. I recommend “Cross Winds” apartments for anyone looking for a rental space. The location is so convenient many businesses, shopping and food within walking distance! Excellent experience! Thank you!

Great place for a first apartment. Very affordable. Management and maintenance are easy to work with and understanding. Parking is a little annoying if you don't have a garage. Hallways smell like weird food sometimes but it's not a big problem for me because it never travels into my apartment. Laundry room is good just wish they upgraded to better machines and have a better way to deposit money on the cards. Overall, it's a very comfy place and family/student oriented.

The hallways and even my apartment itself have a strong odor of cuisine I don't cook. The smell of certain foods is overbearing. I've had family and friends comment on the smell of my clothing and apartment as being a strong, unpleasant odor. The staff is friendly, however, to me the friendliness of the staff does not make up for the overwhelming smell of the property itself.

Horrible experience!!! keep away from this roach motel!! My husband and I were recently married and ready to move to our first apartment together, we got back from our honeymoon and were ready to move there, but for our surprise the first time we open the door and saw the place it was full of roaches, we even found 3 dead roaches on the fridge!! luckily our furniture didn't arrive until later on the week. So we call the office and they send an exterminator so we thought the roaches were gone but no they still appear from time to time, so they could never get rid of roaches. Also the hallways have a nasty smell everytime you open the door and walk downstairs the smell is horrible. Another thing if you break the lease before the 12 month period they will charge you a lot of money! its crazy! but not enough with what they charge us for breaking the lease they also took 64 dollars from our deposit saying it was something they forgot to add to the previous amount! like seriously you are taking enough money already jeez!! oh and the neighbors were really loud at night always having loud music even during the week! and they always park like garbage taking up to two parking spaces! I could go on and on about this place but just keep in mind don't move there is full of roaches!!! Oh on the bright side the staff was really friendly and Trevis would fix stuff really quick!
