Do NOT use these people. The technicians are clueless about cross contamination and once the have your money they forget ALL about you, even if you'd had problems. I went in to Northglenn store and paid for premium dentures. The nurse picked up the gun to make molds and there was a different color goo stuck on the handle, showing they hadn't washed it in a while. I complained and they claimed she chnaged her gloves. She continued to touch MULTIPLE surfaces before putting hands in my mouth. When I said something she snapped at me "I chnaged my gloves". So then I complained again and instead of fixing the issue, having the tech apologize, they said only the dentist would handle me. They brought out "premium" dentures that looked cheaper and more hastily made than the ones this SAME office made under Medicaid. I have never had an overbite (even with the cheap dentures they made before). The cheap ones I had you couldn't tell were dentures. These you could. I mentioned the overbite 3 times and 3 times he took them away for MINUTES and came back with no adjustment to the overbite. At This point my anxiety and trauma were at a limit. Never did anyone follow up

Has to be the worst denture provider in Colorado. Direct quote "we dont follow up on our patients, we are here if you need us".. So despite the fact you knew I was unhappy when I walked out.....WOW...AVOID THIS PLACE.
