The nurses are amazing, the doctor was beyond rude *would use a more descriptive adjective but trying to keep it PG* Lol seemed upset that he had to work despite the fact I was the only person waiting. There's an actual hospital down the street

My father came here after I told him he needed the emergency room not urgent care. So I knew there was only going to be so much they could do for him before having to transfer him to a real hospital. When I arrived he was in the bed both bed rails up and no call light, his oxygen was only in 1 nostril and his vitals were threw the roof. I sat down and waited 10 minutes before I got up to find a nurse. The nurse I found at the nurses station was not the nurse attending to my father and she made that known right away. Bed side manner is not required here. His nurse was under trained and overwhelmed. I pointed out his vitals and outwards signs pointing to increase pain despite the small amounts of a weak pain killer they were giving him. She said she'd talk to the dr but wasn't sure there was much more he could have. I told her to just bring the dr in and the dr was blown away at how bad my dad was looking after 4mg of dilotted. She gave him something stronger and within 10 minutes the ambulance came to transfer him. Thank goodness. Just don't go here.
