I’m postive ur company also works with B&b management and u also had a park or two in flint and laingsburg michigan called moon lake if not disregard this and show proof u don’t I have video footage of the ceo of this company admit to basically scamming we had been paying our rent on time never late and one day our whole park lost water because they didn’t pay their power bill we had and still have proof they were collecting rent payment from tenants and we’re not even licensed with Lara as well they had all of our ac units in the park manager house garage they also had gained unlawful entry into our house we had sewer back up rusty water stained our 2019 new home told had warranty but manufacturing company confirmed no warranty due to improper installation lmao have long list in fact to be in compliance with federal civil statute my wife and I have decieded to pursue this in federal court so again people before renting from any trailer park do ur history if they advertise warranty confirm it with manufacturers confirm they are up to date with proper licensing if anyone is curious just google abc 12 news moonlike trailer park they came and aired all of wich I’ve said no slandering here wait everyone I just confirmed this is the same owners they also own pasandena in flint anyone here if u have any complaints pertains to lack of promises being kept please contact me
