I don't care what anyone says about our manager Debbie She has a great back bone to deal with people in our park that don't like to follow the rules... She gets things done not like our previous owners... if you don't like her it's because you must not listen when she says things...besides its for our benefit so we live in a nice comminuty...I don't like when people call this trailer trash...I take pride in my yard and house maybe others should follow suit and not blame Debbie for not...she really does care and wants what's best for our neighbors and park... A big thank you Debbie

Honestly, I'm not sure because I havnt rented from there in 10 years. Probably around 450 or more depending which part of the park you live in.
The homes that come up frequently for sale or rent, are usually the ones that need a lot of work and havnt been well maintained. If your lucky enough to find a nice home for sale inside the park, it's going to be expensive, and usually overpriced. Just make sure to do some research on what other homes in the park have been selling for. It used to be a nice place years ago. Unless you can get a trailer by the small lake in the middle of the park.... most of them will be run down, with some really messed up neighbors.
