I have 3 kids and I love it here. We go for walks and there is a small Beach here that we live at in the summer

They do. You'd have to go talk to manager 6am-9 am at the office in the park.

They are closing the park and tearing it down. Within the yr. So doubtful they are renting anything

430ish. It includes trash but water is seperate. Should call the park office and get details from Barry the park manager.
