I have gone to Mickey Shorr in the past, and always received terrible customer service. I still went because it is convenient. This time was different. Not only rude, but then of course there are all these extras that are needed to make a remote start work properly. That's not even my issue. THEY CRACKED MY WINDSHIELD! I called and was told that I was lying and it was like that when they received it. They put the transmitter directly on top of the crack conveniently. Dishonest scam artists. Will never be back and you shouldn't either
